Job summary

Coalesce Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a nationwide service provider in the vehicle fleet industry for the role of Service Controller, based in Oldbury. You will take pre-planned maintenance bookings, plan and schedule visits, and liaise with customers and engineers to ensure timely service completions.

You will input data accurately, update job statuses, and contribute to service-improvement initiatives, using Office 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Track record in service administration or coordination.
• Experience scheduling maintenance for engineers.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take pre-planned maintenance bookings from customers.
• Plan and schedule maintenance visits for engineers.
• Speak with customers to arrange follow-up visits and bookings.
• Interact with service engineers and process job sheets/work reports.
• Update job status in the internal system and ensure data accuracy.
• Support service-improvement initiatives and cost control.
