Job summary

Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. in Biggleswade is seeking a Service Controller for its Earth Moving After Sales Department.

You will work closely with customers, Field Service Engineers and internal teams to coordinate repairs, parts, and services and ensure timely completion. The successful candidate will support the After Sales Manager, handle service calls, coordinate resources, raise orders, and identify opportunities to generate sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-related role within a similar industry.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate parts, labour and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process Sales Orders, Work Orders, Purchase Requests, and Supplier Invoices.
• Close jobs promptly and manage depot WIP to ensure prompt invoicing.
• Coordinate with Field Service Engineers, suppliers and internal teams to support efficient operations.
• Identify additional sales opportunities through customer service interactions.
