Job summary

Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. in Biggleswade is seeking a Service Controller to support the Earth Moving After Sales Department. You will coordinate repairs, parts and services, while acting as a pivotal point of contact for customers and engineers.

You will assist the After Sales Manager, process orders, raise invoices and help generate additional sales opportunities. A proactive, organised professional with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or after-sales support is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist After Sales Manager in supporting the Service Department.
• Be the first point of contact for inbound service calls and enquiries.
• Coordinate parts, labour, tooling and resources for service/repair work.
• Raise and process Sales Orders, Work Orders, Purchase Requests and Invoices.
• Close jobs and manage WIP for timely invoicing.
• Schedule jobs with customers and communicate information promptly.
• Prepare estimates and defect documentation for additional work.
• Manage supplier communications and purchase orders.
• Identify additional sales opportunities through customer interactions.
• Maintain organised filing and documentation.
