Job summary

Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. seeks a Service Controller for its Earth Moving After Sales Department. Based in Biggleswade, you will coordinate repairs, parts and services, working with Field Service Engineers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

You will be the first point of contact for service queries, raise orders, manage WIP and develop additional sales opportunities through customer interactions. Training and development are offered.

Qualifications

• Assist the After Sales Manager in duties to support the Service Department and provide industry-leading customer service.
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound service calls and enquiries, obtaining customer details, order numbers and authorisations.
• Coordinate parts, labour, tooling and other resources for efficient service and repair work.
