Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Service Controller to join a leading construction company. You will coordinate service engineers, schedule repairs and maintenance, and ensure customers receive an excellent level of service.

The role is permanent with a 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, offering a 36,000 basic salary, with progression after probation and career development opportunities within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Background in service coordination roles is advantageous.
• Experience with field service operations preferred.
• Strong IT and process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field service engineers.
• Allocate breakdowns, servicing and repair jobs.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide updates.
• Monitor workloads and engineer availability.
• Raise job cards and maintain service records.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and parts departments.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
