Are you an organised scheduler, coordinator or service administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for a Service Controller to become the hub of a busy service operation, coordinating engineers, managing customer enquiries and keeping everything running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planning and scheduling engineers' daily workloads
• Responding to customer breakdowns and service requests
• Coordinating urgent call-outs and maintenance visits
• Updating job records and service information
• Working with multiple departments to deliver excellent customer service
• Producing reports and supporting operational performance

What We're Looking For

• Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Planner or Dispatch experience
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
