Job summary

NIKE Chelsea Kings Road, a premier destination for Nike Women, seeks a Service-focused Floor Manager to deliver world-class consumer service and a premium brand experience. You will coach and motivate the team, oversee daily store operations, and align with leadership to meet sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, and campaigns.

Qualifications

Four years customer service and/or retail experience, at least one of those years in a Floor Manager function.
Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and innovative leader.
Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Responsibilities

Lead a team to deliver efficient product receiving and inventory accuracy.
Ensure inventory and visual presentation standards are maintained on the sales floor.
Oversee overall product journey and monthly initiative launches in-store.
Use reporting tools to drive commercial decisions and inventory for digital orders.
Deliver exceptional consumer service and a premium brand experience.
