Job summary

Nike Chelsea Kings Road, our pinnacle London destination for Nike Women, is looking for a Service focused Floor Manager to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the staff in your department while upholding a premium brand experience and NIKE standards.

You will support the daily business to hit sales targets across digital services, visual merchandising, the sales floor, and promotional campaigns, while maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• Four years in customer service or retail, with at least one year as Floor Manager.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure efficient product receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory to keep the sales floor full and presentable to brand standards.
• Oversee product journey in store alongside department leads.
• Manage monthly initiative launches.
• Use reporting tools to drive commercial decisions.
• Ensure inventory supports digital orders.
• Deliver high-quality athlete experience and Nike Community engagement.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and store scheduling.
• Collaborate across store team to maintain Nike culture.
• Lead by example in sales floor service and customer journey.
• Provide brand knowledge and training on digital service enablers.
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement with leadership.
