Job summary

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Lead to deliver exceptional consumer service and uphold a premium brand experience in-store. You will coach a small team, drive sales and digital services, and ensure visual merchandising and promotional campaigns meet Nike standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership to solve problems and act as a brand ambassador for Nike initiatives, while maintaining a positive work environment and scheduling flexibility to cover 40 hours full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Strong communication and brand ambassador skills.
• Proven ability to apply product sales techniques.
