• Experience authoring and managing Service Catalogues.
• Experience coordinating changes and RFCs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Author and manage the Service Catalogue with daily liaison to Customers and Owners.
• Advise on service availability and governance across baselines and catalogues.
• Maintain a complete catalogue of current, future and retired services.
