Job summary

IO Associates is seeking an experienced Cloud Service Manager to join a Defence programme in Corsham. The role focuses on designing, implementing and continually improving ITIL-aligned service management processes within a cloud-based environment, working with suppliers, operations and customers.

You will own and improve ITIL service management processes across Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request, drive CSI, support multi-supplier environments and ensure strong governance and

Qualifications

• ITIL-based service management experience.
• Experience with incident, change, problem and service request management.
• Experience in cloud service environments and multi-supplier setups.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve ITIL service management processes across Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and Knowledge Management.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
• Support cloud-based and multi-supplier service environments.
• Manage service governance, reporting, performance monitoring and operational reviews.
• Support Service Desk and operational teams with escalations and service coordination.
• Maintain service documentation, knowledge articles and operational processes.
• Work with stakeholders and suppliers to improve service delivery and customer experience.
