Job summary

MASS in Corsham, Wiltshire is seeking an experienced contract manager to lead a high-profile defence services contract on-site. You will coordinate governance, performance, and customer engagement, ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets and SLAs in a secure environment.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive risk mitigation, and report on technical and financial performance to senior stakeholders. This leadership role offers significant autonomy within a respected organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex service delivery, defence contracts.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management.
• Proven governance, reporting and performance management.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical support services to the customer.
• Act as the primary interface for contractual and operational matters.
• Manage contract performance against objectives, SLAs and commitments.
• Provide governance through progress reviews and annual management reviews.
• Produce reports on technical and financial performance, staffing and safety.
• Manage risks, issues and opportunities; drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead contract tasking, change control and commercial processes.
• Coordinate delivery teams for capability and capacity.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
