Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Service Catalogue & Integration Management Consultant to support a critical MoD programme based in Corsham. The role is onsite five days per week initially, with potential to reduce to three days as the role stabilizes.

You will deliver Service Catalogue and Integration Management services, collaborating with customers, service owners and engineers to ensure governance, change coordination and successful transitions across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience authoring and managing Service Catalogues.
• Experience working with Customers, FLCs, Service/Product Owners and Capability Development Leads.
• Knowledge of service availability management, service development and service governance processes.
• Experience maintaining service catalogues covering current, future and retired services.
• Change coordination experience, including management of RFCs.
• Experience supporting application and service onboarding activities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple technical and stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, transition and release activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Forward Schedule of Change (FSOC) activities.
• Understanding of National and NATO capability development environments.

Responsibilities

• Author and manage the Service Catalogue with key stakeholders.
• Advise on service availability and development across UK/NATO baselines.
• Maintain the catalogue of current, future and retired services.
• Act as Change Coordinator for FAS application changes.
• Manage onboarding and maintenance of deployed applications and services.
• Generate RFCs and progress changes through live service processes.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure testing, validation and release into live.
• Serve as Live Services liaison to stakeholders.
• Advise on Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings.
• Support the Forward Schedule of Change (FSOC).
• Influence National and NATO capability development activities.
