Job summary

Experis is seeking a Service Architect to design end-to-end IT service solutions that are scalable, secure, and deliverable within SLAs. Hybrid work arrangements will be discussed during interviews.

The role requires active MOD SC clearance and Sole UK nationality, with a contract to run until 14 April 2027. Responsibilities include service design across infrastructure and applications, requirements gathering, ITSM integration, and producing service design documentation and governance

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and application landscapes.
• Ability to create detailed service models and operational documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service Design: Develop service architectures that cover infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.
• Requirements Analysis: Capture functional and non-functional requirements for new or modified services.
• Integration: Ensure new services integrate with existing ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration).
• Documentation: Produce service design packages, including service models and procedures.
• Governance: Define service standards and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Transition Support: Collaborate with project teams for smooth transition to live operation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service performance and cost efficiency.
