East Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Analyst within the IT & Digital team. You will analyse data, produce reports and presentations, coordinate customer requests and feedback, support continual service improvement, undertake business analysis and help define requirements for new and enhanced digital solutions.

The Service Analyst sits within the Products & Services team in IT & Digital, supporting the design, delivery and continual improvement of services that meet the needs of colleagues and residents. You will analyse data, produce reports and presentations, coordinate customer requests and feedback, support continual service improvement activities, undertake business analysis and help define requirements for new and enhanced digital solutions.
