West Sussex County Council is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst for the Children Young People and Learning Directorate. The role focuses on data management, analytics and reporting to support statutory and operational needs.
You will collect and analyse data from multiple sources, develop Power BI dashboards, and produce regular performance reports for staff and managers. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office is available.
West Sussex County Council Children Young People and Learning Directorate provides universal and targeted support services to children across the county. This role will be based in the Children's Services Data and Performance Team, providing operational management information daily to staff and managers. The Children's Services Data and Performance Team uses a variety of SQL based reporting from a number of databases used by multiple services across the Directorate. In addition, we use Power BI as a visualisation tool to develop more intuitive reports that can support the strategic view as well as operational activity.
Salary: £39,862 to £42,839 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours)
Contract Length: 2 x Fixed Term Contracts until March 2028
Location: Based at County Hall, Chichester (hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office)
