• Delivering upon the Service Core Process and Vindis Aftersales Experience as per training and expectations.
• Demonstrating alignment with a robust customer communication strategy.
• Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.
• Developing effective working relationships with the Workshop Team to ensure timely, accurate information flow from front-of-house.
• Contributing to a culture focused on first-time fixes and high service quality.
• Using available tools to become a specialist in your area.
