Job summary

Silcom Recruitment in Swindon is seeking a Service Advisor to join a thriving family-run business. You will work closely with the service and parts teams to keep day-to-day servicing and customer interactions running smoothly.

The role focuses on planning servicing, booking tachographs and MOTs, creating job orders, and cost management. A flexible, customer‑focused approach helps the workshop stay on track and deliver with excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial vehicles or aftersales is required.
• Ability to plan, schedule and manage servicing and bookings.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

• Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] with half an hour lunch break!
• (1-in-3) Saturdays [8:00am - 12:00pm]!
