Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Fiat/BYD branch in Edinburgh. You will be the face of the service desk, ensuring a smooth customer journey from check-in to handover. The role emphasizes clear communication, empathy and upselling where appropriate.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am–5.30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm. A full UK driving licence is required, and extensive training and progression opportunities are available.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or retail is essential.
• Strong computer and IT systems knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to follow defined processes and guidelines.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Handle service and vehicle repair requests with professionalism.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing processes to protect customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults/repairs with clear, accurate explanations.
• Address dissatisfied customers with empathy and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service histories.
