Job summary

Vertu Toyota Worksop is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll act as the link between customers and our workshop, ensuring a clear, helpful, and positive experience from arrival to departure.

In addition to servicing responsibilities, you’ll support the Parts Department two days per week, gaining broader aftersales exposure and adding real value to the team. The role offers £32,000 basic salary with a strong benefits package and structured training.

Qualifications

• Motor trade experience (ideally service, aftersales or front of house).
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and set expectations.
• Keep customers updated during service or repair.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services in a helpful way.
• Follow up to ensure a great customer experience.
• Parts support 2 days per week: handle inbound enquiries, source parts, maintain knowledge.
