Vertu Toyota Worksop is hiring a Service Advisor to join a leading UK motor retailer. You will bridge customers and the workshop, ensuring a positive, clear experience and building trusted relationships. The role includes two days per week in the Parts department, expanding exposure and value to the team.

The package features a £32,000 basic salary and a strong benefits scheme. Regular hours are Mon-Fri 8am–5:30pm with alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Motor trade experience (ideally service, aftersales or front of house).
• Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
• Confidence using systems and working towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and set clear expectations.
• Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services in a helpful way.
• Follow up to ensure a great customer experience.
• Support Parts with inbound enquiries and sourcing parts (2 days per week).

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our brilliant team at Vertu Toyota Worksop. If you want to build your career with one of the UK’s leading motor retailers, this is a fantastic opportunity to get stuck in and grow.

You’ll also support our Parts Department two days per week, gaining broader experience across aftersales and adding real value to the team.

We’re offering a £32,000 basic salary plus a strong benefits package.

Hours

Monday–Friday 8am–5.30pm

alternate Saturday mornings: 8.00am – 12.00pm

About The Role

The Service Advisor role plays a key part in ensuring every customer has a positive, clear and supportive experience. You’ll act as the connection between our customers and our workshop team—helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and creating a welcoming, trusted environment for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Service Advisor duties:

• Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
• Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services in a helpful way
• Following up to ensure a great customer experience

Parts Support (2 Days Per Week)

• Handling inbound parts enquiries via phone and online platforms
• Accurately identifying and sourcing parts
• Keeping product knowledge up to date
