Job summary

Vertu Vauxhall Crewe, part of Vertu Motors plc, is recruiting Vehicle Technicians and Mechanics of all levels to join our dual-brand team with Leapmotor and Vauxhall. Salaries range from £32,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, with a £4,000 sign-on bonus and potential over-performance bonuses.

We offer manufacturer training across both brands, EV technology exposure, and flexible working options including four-day patterns to support work-life balance.

We’re recruiting Technicians from Service & Maintenance level through to Master Technician, with salaries from £32,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceplus over-performance bonus.

We’re also offering a £4,000 sign-on bonus!*

You’ll have the opportunity to work across both Vauxhall and Leapmotor, with manufacturer training across both brands and exposure to the latest EV technology.

We’re also open to discussing four-day working patterns, flexible shifts and alternative working hours to support a better work-life balance.

You’ll benefit from:

As a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, you’ll service, maintain, diagnose and repair customer vehicles to a high standard.

Whether your experience has been gained in an independent garage, fast-fit environment or franchised dealership, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll need:

• Relevant vehicle maintenance and repair experience
• Your own tools
• Full UK driving licence

Existing MOT, EV or manufacturer qualifications may allow you to enter at a higher Technician level and salary.
