Job summary

Vertu Vauxhall Hexham is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our well established dealership. The role focuses on building warm, trusted relationships between customers and the workshop, ensuring outstanding satisfaction.

You will manage customer expectations during service or repair, upsell additional products, and follow up to confirm satisfaction. A full UK driving licence and prior Service Advisor experience are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the industry.
• Full UK driving licence.

We are offering up to £35,000 basic salary plus company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - it's about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

To be considered for this role we are looking for previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the industry plus a full UK driving licence.
