Job summary

Key Recruitment Limited in Exeter is seeking a friendly Service Advisor for a busy dealership in Exeter, located at Marsh Barton. You will be the first point of contact for customers booking services and repairs, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish.

• Liaise with the workshop to monitor job progress and resolve issues promptly.

Permanent / Full Time

We're looking for a friendly and professional Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Exeter. You'll be the first point of contact for customers booking services, repairs, or needing advice about their vehicles, ensuring they receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30 (1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed throughout the service process
