The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern, with no weekends and a salary of £30,000 basic and £38,000 OTE, reflecting the level of responsibility and opportunities to maximise aftersales revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a busy workload.
• Professional telephone manner and confident customer-facing approach.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and discuss servicing and repair requirements.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and prepare accurate job cards.
• Provide estimates and explain recommended work.
• Liaise with technicians and workshop management.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Identify additional work to maximise aftersales revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and high service standards.
