Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for a prestigious automotive dealership in Maidenhead. You will manage the customer journey from initial vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

The successful candidate will have motor trade service advisory experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work Mon–Fri 8:00am–6:00pm with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings; £30,000 base and £38,000 OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey from check-in through to collection.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and prepare accurate job cards.
• Provide estimates and explain recommended work to customers.
• Liaise closely with technicians and workshop management.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Identify additional work opportunities to maximise aftersales revenue.
