Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing LTD seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy aftersales department in Maidenhead. The role focuses on managing the customer journey from check-in to collection, delivering a smooth and professional service.

With a £30,000 base salary and £38,000 OTE, the position runs Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, plus one Saturday in four mornings. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and have strong communication skills, thriving in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle servicing and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and preparing accurate job cards.
• Providing estimates and explaining recommended work.
• Liaising closely with technicians and workshop management.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Identifying additional work and opportunities to maximise aftersales revenue.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
