Job Description:

H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Service Advisor to work with Lotus/Maserati, Manchester. The right candidate will have the organisational skills, efficiency, and knowledge required for working with the Service Department to benefit the department and dealership. An ability to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in a friendly and courteous manner is key.

The Lotus/Maserati Service Advisor will need to assist the Service Department by promoting accurate and productive workshop throughput, helping to meet the department's financial and non-financial targets. The experienced H.R. Owen Lotus/Maserati, Manchester team will offer support, advice, and regular training to develop candidates to the highest level.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry.
• Ability to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills, along with innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in computerized systems.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service to external customers and internal departments, maintaining the customer contact system.
• A passion for the luxury industry, with good knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen works with, and recognition of excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with effective communication across all levels of the company.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Service/Warranty Procedures to ensure claims are processed fairly and efficiently.
