Job Title: Service Engineers – Automatic Doors (Remote, London-Based)

Location: Remote (London-based candidates only)

FAAC Entrance Solutions is a provider of automatic door systems, committed to delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions for clients across commercial, industrial, and public sectors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and skilled Service Engineers to join our remote team.

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our clients’ automatic door systems. You will be the go-to expert for technical issues, providing remote and on-site support when required. Although this role is remote, candidates must be London-based to attend site visits and collaborate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete PPM, reactive, and modernization/upgrade calls.
  2. Provide customer and colleague technical support and product modernization recommendations.
  3. Conduct door safety checks, investigate incidents, and address customer complaints.
  4. Offer on-site customer support to EQS customers.
  5. Adhere to company processes and procedures; identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining QHSE compliance.
  7. Manage and maintain your tablet/paperwork, stock, vehicle, uniform, and PPE.
  8. Follow all customer-specific on-site procedures for arrival, work, and departure.
  9. Complete mandatory safety checks after all calls.
  10. Participate in OOH rota duty.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS7036/EN16005 certification.
  • Previous experience working on automatic doors is highly desirable.
  • Full valid driving license.
  • CSCS Card.
