About the Role

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser to be based in London / Working from home.

Job Responsibilities:
  • First point of resolution for all inquiries
  • Providing members with advice and guidance on next steps and their ongoing journey with the organisation.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent communications with other teams and divisions
  • Respond to all inquiries from all members up to the first level resolution and refer any second resolution calls to other sections across the organisation as appropriate.
