Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Coventry is seeking a New & Used Car Sales Executive for our Hyundai dealership. You will greet customers in-person, online, and by phone; identify needs and match them to vehicles; manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover; and build lasting relationships to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, driven, and target-focused mindset.
• Professional approach with a passion for customer service.
• Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months).

• Welcoming and engaging every customer whether that’s face-to-face, online, or over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Building relationships through follow-ups, videos, and regular updates.
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets as part of a high-performing team.
