Perfect Placement is seeking a skilled Service Advisor for a reputable dealership in Micheldever, Hampshire. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule with occasional Saturday mornings on a 1-in-3 basis, providing stability and clear career progression within a supportive team.

Key duties include greeting customers, advising on service costs, managing job cards, and maintaining service records. A Full UK driving licence and motor-trade experience are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements.
• Providing accurate, clear advice on service work and costs.
• Preparing and managing job cards and service schedules.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate.
• Communicating effectively with workshop staff to facilitate timely repairs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and service records.
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow.
