You will provide administrative support to the Service Manager and act as a vital link between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication throughout repairs and maintenance.

Strong organisational and confidentiality skills are essential. A full UK driving licence may be required for occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the service office.

• Coordinate with Parts and Warranty departments.
