Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd is seeking a motivated Service Advisor for a busy Service Department. You will be the main link between customers, technicians, parts and warranty teams, managing service requests from initial contact to completion.

You will handle clear communication, accurate records and high levels of customer service, with duties including updating job cards, coordinating with the Parts and Warranty teams, and ensuring timely progress across agricultural, construction and machinery sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in service operations and repair processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.
• Manage customer accounts and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Receive and process service and repair enquiries, keeping customers informed of progress.
• Liaise with technicians to monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain accurate job cards, service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Parts to ensure availability and timely repairs.
• Coordinate with Warranty to ensure proper processing of warranty work.
• Provide updates on repair progress, costs and completion times.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and support the Service Manager.
