Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd in Maldon, Essex, is seeking an efficient Precision Farming Support Assistant to join our Head Office team. You will provide telematics and precision farming support to customers, install and maintain accounts, and manage subscriptions.

The role requires a proactive communicator with strong numeracy and IT skills, a full driving licence, and the ability to work independently. Permanent, salaried position with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or precision farming is desirable.
• Strong communication and telephone manner.
• Excellent accuracy with numbers and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide telematics and precision farming support to customers.
• Install and maintain customer telematics accounts.
• Manage subscriptions and activations for correction signals and telematics.
• Provide system training and help customers maximise equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with colleagues.
