Job summary

Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Sutterton branch in Lincolnshire. You will assist with customer and technician inquiries, dispatch orders, and provide excellent service face-to-face or by phone.

Role involves working 39 hours weekly with a Monday-Thursday 8:00–16:30 and Friday 8:00–15:30 schedule, starting immediately (subject to notice). Benefits include extensive leave, pension, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• 2+ years in retail or showroom environment is desirable.
• Good numeracy and literacy with cash/card handling.
• Familiarity with general computer use and emails.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day queries regarding machinery parts for customers and technicians.
• Dispatch customer orders and handle enquiries about products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
