Job summary

Arnold Clark in Kirkcaldy is seeking a Service Advisor to support our Peugeot/Mazda branch with customer service and vehicle repairs. You will deliver a welcoming, informative experience and coordinate with workshop teams to progress work efficiently.

The role suits someone with customer service experience, a can-do attitude and a willingness to upsell aftersales products. Full-time hours Mon-Fri 8:00-17:30 with some Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Articulate and warm communicator with ability to explain issues clearly.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a busy workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in a professional manner.
• Liaise with workshop and bodyshop to progress work.
• Manage computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoicing with accuracy.
• Inform customers of faults/repairs and provide clear solutions.
• Maintain customer records and service histories accurately.
• Upsell aftersales products where appropriate.
• Ensure customer database is kept up-to-date.
