Job summary

Arnold Clark is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Mazda/Fiat/Abarth branch in Aberdeen. You will deliver an outstanding service experience to customers and manage service and repair workflows with warmth and professionalism.

The role suits someone with customer service experience who enjoys solving problems and ensuring positive outcomes. Full-time hours are 8am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm. Benefits and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with workshop systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and workload prioritisation.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in a professional manner.
• Liaise with the workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
• Control computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processing to protect customer and company interests.
• Inform customers of faults or required repairs with clear, accurate solutions.
• Maintain customer records such as vehicle details and service histories.
• Upsell appropriate products or services where suitable.
• Keep the customer database updated and accurate at all times.
