Job summary

Audi Leicester, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join the team. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing and consulting on servicing and keeping customers updated at every stage.

You will liaise with technicians to confirm vehicle statuses and ensure timely completion, while offering the best advice on products and services. Training is provided through our in-house team and manufacturer courses.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress with in-house training.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service background beneficial in a busy environment.
• Kerridge knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely readiness.
• Provide the best advice on products and services to customers.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
