Stratstone Liverpool Audi is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the trusted link between customers and the workshop, delivering a premium experience while promoting aftersales solutions that boost vehicle safety and performance. You will upsell services, handle Vehicle Health Checks, and drive revenue through service plans.

Based in Liverpool, the role combines customer excellence with a proactive sales mindset, working with skilled Technicians to ensure efficient repairs and high satisfaction,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for service customers from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and advise on safety-critical repairs and maintenance.
• Promote and upsell vehicle health checks and service plans.
• Support customer retention with future bookings and aftercare solutions.
• Collaborate with Technicians to ensure timely repairs and updates.
• Manage courtesy car bookings, collections/deliveries, and scheduling.
• Build knowledge of products and services to represent the brand with pride.
• Inform customers of extras and value products to maximize upsell opportunities.
