Job summary

Sytner BMW Cardiff is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the workshop, delivering outstanding customer care and expert vehicle servicing guidance.

You will inform clients, update them at every stage, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely vehicle readiness while offering product advice. Roles include flexible patterns, often including weekends to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress.
• Training provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and BMW manufacturer courses.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer updated at each stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure on-time readiness.
• Provide the best advice on Sytner products and services to customers.
• Support a busy environment with exceptional customer care and rapport building.
