Qualifications

• Willingness to learn; training provided by in-house team.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong customer service background is beneficial.
• Experience with Kerridge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle servicing.
• Inform and consult on servicing options and timings.
• Liaise with technicians to update vehicle statuses.
• Ensure vehicles are ready on time and communicate any delays.
• Advise customers on Sytner products and services.
