Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Service Advisor for our client in Brentwood, Essex, to support the day-to-day running of the service department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role offers Monday to Friday hours, 8am to 6pm, with a competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and an achievable OTE of £38,000.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealer, independent or similar workshop.
• Strong customer service skills with confidence to manage expectations.
• Good organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with technicians and management.
• Ability to upsell or recommend additional services professionally.
• Experience in service administration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service enquiries and be main contact throughout service process.
• Book in vehicles, record requirements and plan for workshop.
• Provide updates on progress and timelines.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and in line with dealership standards.
• Support service department with scheduling and communication.
