Marshall Skoda Nottingham is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy workshop. You will be the frontline link between customers and the workshop, handling bookings, updates and collections with professionalism.

You’ll welcome customers, manage follow-ups, and complete admin tasks while promoting maintenance plans and service options. A automotive background is helpful, but outstanding customer service and calm under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage own workload and customer base.
• Clear communication and ability to keep customers updated throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

• Be the link between customers and the workshop from booking to collection.
• Welcome customers at front of house and keep them informed; follow-ups to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete admin tasks efficiently and advise on maintenance, repairs and service plans.
