Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress; training provided in-house and via manufacturer courses.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Customer service background helpful for delivering high levels of satisfaction in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing and status updates.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses; ensure timely readiness.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers and build rapport.
