Sytner BMW Newport is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the essential link between customers and the workshop, advising on servicing and keeping customers informed at every step.

You'll liaise with technicians to monitor vehicle statuses, ensure on-time delivery, and offer guidance on our products and services. Training is provided in-house and via BMW courses to support your progression.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role in a busy retail automotive environment.
• Willingness to learn with in-house training and manufacturer courses.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control on vehicle statuses.
• Ensure vehicles are ready on time and provide product/service advice.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs in a high-volume setting.
