Job summary

Sytner BMW Newport is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, updating customers at every stage and liaising with technicians to ensure timely readiness.

Training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses run by BMW to support your career growth. This is a customer-focused, dynamic role at Sytner Newport.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress with training provided.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial for high satisfaction in a busy environment.
• Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care and be the link between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure on-time readiness.
• Advise customers on products and services to meet their needs.
