Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a Service Advisor for Volvo Chester to deliver exceptional customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep customers updated at every stage while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion.

This role offers training from our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses, with a flexible pattern that may include weekends to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry is required.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills are desirable.
• Good attention to detail and strong customer service background.
• Willingness to learn with in-house training and manufacturer courses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between customers and the workshop.
• Inform and advise on vehicle servicing and status updates.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians/workshop control to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide best advice on products and services to customers.
