Sytner BMW Stevenage is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care and act as the bridge between customers and the workshop. You will explain service options, keep customers informed at every step, and coordinate with technicians to ensure vehicles are ready on time.

A strong customer-service mindset and willingness to learn are essential in this busy environment. Training is provided in-house and through BMW manufacturer courses to support career progression within Sytner.

• Provide outstanding customer care and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.

• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure timely readiness.
• Offer the best advice on Sytner's products and services to customers.
