Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive sales mindset.

• Able to navigate service journey from check-in to follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for service customers from check-in to follow-up.
• Promote service plans and upsell aftercare products.
• Explain safety-critical repairs and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Manage courtesy car bookings and vehicle drop-offs/pick-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow process.
